RE:
Houseboat Rental
We
have just settled back into the city after a wonderful
long weekend on your houseboat, Blue Moon, on Lake
Cowichan. Our two families, totaling seven persons,
are still talking about different aspects of this great
get-away. My slight nervousness at captaining this
forty-foot vessel was relieved after getting the
orientation from Clayton on the day of our outset.
From then on it was a simple time of mostly relaxing on
the three different levels and making plans for lake
areas to visit and planning wonderful
meals!
We found the Blue Moon to be very well outfitted with
all equipment necessary for a safe and enjoyable weekend.
The 25-mile length of Lake Cowichan, with its mountain views
and many sheltered bays, makes for a perfect backdrop to our
most pleasurable BC cruise!
Thanks for your hospitality; we will be
back!
